Fight Your Revocation With Experienced Advocates

A revocation is the complete termination of a driver's license for a specified period of time. A motorist whose license is revoked is not allowed any sort of restricted license, as the motorist no longer has any license to restrict. He or she must reapply for a new license after the period of revocation ends.

If you dread the consequences of a driver's license revocation, work with Beat DMV, a division of the Law Office of Rodney Gould in Sherman Oaks, to fight for your driving privileges. Call 818-981-1760 or complete our intake form to schedule a conversation with an attorney.

The Fine Print

According to Section 13100, "revocation means that the person's privilege to drive a motor vehicle is terminated and a new driver's license may be obtained after the period of revocation." Unlike the suspension of a license, a revocation is a complete termination of the license.
